Farah Vallera, PhD, PMP
Founder & CEO
Farah has been an active educational researcher and a practicing instructional designer and technologist for over a decade. She has also worked as an institutional researcher and marketing researcher for a billboard advertising company. She has been designing and teaching higher education in multiple modalities - in-person, online, or in hybrid formats - since 2002.
She received her PhD in Teaching, Learning, and Technology, where her focus was on curriculum and instructional design using innovative technology, project-based learning, and integrated STEM and agriculture. She has an MA and BA in sociology and has completed all of her PhD coursework in sociology from Rutgers University with a focus on gender in media and technology.
In her spare time, she's an organic urban gardener, an amateur woodworker, avid kayaker (when it's warm out), squirrel rehabber, and loves the outdoors.
